Creamy vanilla verrine, ganache and caramel coulis, crumble and diced apples.

Ingredients: CREAM, sugar, cocoa paste, MASCARPONE 6%, MILK, EGG yolk, apple, EGG white, glucosefructose syrup, water, WHEAT flour, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, vegetable oil and fats (palm,
rapeseed), BUTTER, gelatine (beef), candy sugar syrup, coffee, SOYA flour, salt, cinnamon, exhausted
vanilla seeds, natural flavours, raising agent: sodium carbonates, stabilisers: guar gum, carrageenan,
xanthan gum, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA), acidifier: citric acid. Possible tarces of sesame, almond,
hazelnut, walnut, pistachio.
DIRECTIONS FOR CONSERVATION AND USE
Use: take the glasses out of the packaging and let them defrost 4h in the refrigerator.
Conservation: untill the date indicated on the packaging at -18°C. Never refreeze a thawed product. After
defrosting: strore in the fridge (max 7°C) and consume within 6 days.
