Vincentian rum truffle: 54% milk chocolate ganache infused Captain Blight XO rum, nutmeg and blackberry coated 70% dark chocolate and garnished with nutmeg.
Jamaican rum truffle: white chocolate ganache infused with Jamaican rum, butter pecan and covered in white chocolate.
Dominican rum truffle: 54% milk chocolate ganache infused with Dominican rum dried raisins with 70% dark chocolate.

It is with this commitment that a proprietary and meticulous quality assurance process was established, and which SPAGnVOLA chocolates are made. Thanks to that process, you can taste a chocolate that is specifically designed for the most demanding customers — you.

SPAGnVOLA (pronounced as spang—vola) take his name is derived from a 16th century voyage map of the island of Hispaniola, known today as the Dominican Republic and Haiti. In honor of the Hispaniola island, its people and culture, SPAGnVOLA dared to achieve the impossible. They have realized their dream – Hacienda de SPAGnVOLA – where the soil, seed, rain and sun consistently produce exquisite and high quality cacao beans. They use only the finest beans grown from the estate in Hato Mayor Del Rey, located on the eastern part of the Dominican Republic. It is there that you will find the purest environmental conditions resulting in the richest organic soil found on mountain slopes that are endowed with plentiful rainfall.

They cultivate and process their own cacao beans with the traditional way, by hand-picking perfectly ripened pods, fermenting them, drying them and grading them theirselves. SPAGnVOLA do this to insure that only the finest make their way to their artisan factory in Gaithersburg, Maryland (USA). There, the cocoa beans are roasted and refined in small batches bringing out the flavor of the most exquisite premium chocolate.
